Man, 38 years old.
Go to consultation for: Hyperthyroidism with thyroid nodules
Thyroid dysfunction diagnosed more than 10 years ago, with thyroid nodules (the term thyroid nodule refers to any abnormal growth of thyroid cells forming a tumor within the thyroid, in this case benign) always in a state of Hyperthyroidism treated with his corresponding medication which kept him regulated, feeling perfectly and leading a normal life.
At the time of the first visit, he was again more nervous and excited than normal and when he went out for a run he noticed a fatigue that prevented him from maintaining his normal performance. He had gone for tests and they diagnosed him that his thyroid was in hyper mode again, they gave him regular medication. During her treatment she decided to have acupuncture sessions to help the process. After 4 acupuncture sessions he began to feel much better, calmer and without fatigue.
A month after starting the acupuncture treatment, an echo had to be done to check the thyroid nodules and perform a puncture to know the status of these nodules. The surprise was that finally the puncture did not have to be done because the nodules had completely disappeared.

  • Sessions: 6 until the disappearance of the nodules, and currently in treatment for control in a more spaced way.
  • The treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in no case replaces that of Western Medicine.
